I say NO such a lot. After watching the Jonathan Ross show the other week when a comedian explained how he decided to say YES to literally everything (with odd and interesting consequences) I have also decided to try this more positive approach to life.
In order for this to work properly and without the majority of friends and family using me as a kind of YES slave, I have only told one friend (Rebecca) about this plan.
It will happen throughout September from start to finish. I hope to think of some basic rules in the next few days so that I don't joint a cult or become a prostitute for example!
I hope to record all the interesting, unusual or odd converations where I end up saying YES rather than NO.
